I’ve been slacking big time since Erich got home. I’m back up to 103/104. Time to shed the 5 lbs I’ve gained and tone back up.

I’m using my fitness pal to track my calories, 1200 per day (which is safe!). Should lose about 1 lb per week. I’m not so much focused on the number, but it helps me to achieve results.

Working out with Jillian michaels DVDs!

Goal: roughly 95 lbs. but as long as I have a flat toned tummy, a firm booty and thighs, and I feel strong then I’m good.
